To allow ample time to tend to our patients, we operate by appointments. For your convenience, arrangements may be made in advance to schedule a home visit outside our usual business hours.
Because your time is valuable, we make every effort to arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled appointment. However, occasional appointment delay may be encountered; you will be notified as early as possible if a delay puts us behind so that you are aware of the situation and can make other arrangements, if needed.
For the comfort of your pet, as well as your convenience, we are a mobile practice, and we will come to your home for the appointment. The time set aside for your home visit is based on the nature of your pet's condition.
In order for your pet to receive the best care in the time frame allotted for your visit, all vaccine and pertinent medical history should be obtained in advance, and your pet should be accessible at the time the appointment is scheduled.
We understand that there may be times when our assistance is needed to safely round up your pet for the examination. Although we are happy to help, this may limit the amount of time we have to evaluate and treat your pet.
To minimize the need for extended visit fees or additional visits to care for your pets, indoor/outdoor pets should be inside, and confined to an area where they cannot hide when the doctor arrives.
For the safety of our staff, we require that rabies vaccinations be up-to-date. Dr. Wright is a firm believer in Low-Stress Handling; if your pet does not do well with handling or with strangers, please let us know in advance so we can take proper measures to minimize anxiety.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
